She is survived by: her children, Marvin L. Bell of Houston, TX, Linda Pearl Rhodes of Elkton and Indiya Naseema Milledge of Columbia, MD; and her sister Lavenia Shanklin Dillard of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
