He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Waters and Ruby Cobb Waters. He is survived by: his wife Pattie Waters of Elkton; and his children, Christopher Waters (Crystal) of Campbellsville, Corey Waters (Chelsea) of Elkton, Tonya Waters of Campbellsville and Amanda Waters of Elkton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
