He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Swank and Lila Decker Swank; his wife Shirley Ann Swank; and his brother Gary Swank. He is survived by: his children, Todd Swank of Elkton and Tracey Ann Daniel of Texas; and his brothers, Donnie Bloomfield of Winchester and Charles Swank of Omaha. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
