With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Simons of Elkton, Kentucky, born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Ray Simons and Loyce Myers Slaughter; and his brother Dickey Simons. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hadden Simons of Elkton; his children, Cathy Thieme (Kenneth) of San Antonio, TX and Jerry Wayne Simons (Shea) of Elkton, KY; and his grandchildren, Eliza, Axel Simons, Alex, Raylan and Harley Thieme.
