He is survived by: his wife Patricia Osborn of Elkton; his children, Jerald Osborn of Hickman, KY, Cynthia Roman (Jason) of New Jersey and Crystal Berish (Joel) of Virginia; his stepchildren, Lloyd McKee of Elkton and Audrey McKee of Delmar, NY; and his siblings, Will Osborn (Ann) of Trenton and Carol Ann Manley (Bill) of Trenton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
