He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Hollingsworth and Eura Sue Salmon Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Thomas, John Walter, Albert Lewis "Luke" Hollingsworth, Elizabeth Latham, Ann Lee Lynch and Maria Hollingsworth Wells.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Ann Hollingsworth of Cottonwood, TN; his sisters, Nancy Kathleen Hollingsworth Blackford of Cadiz, KY and Linda Hollingsworth Hollis of Hopkinsville, KY; and his granddaughter Kristen Mahoney (Justin) of Cottonwood, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
