She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Lee Silvy and Gladys Marie Hurt Silvy; and her siblings, Clarence Dale "Moody" Silvy, Albert Lee "Roy" Silvy, Carrie Monroe and Thelma Rager.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Sawyer of Elkton, KY; her stepsons, Brock Sawyer (Sebrina) of Adams, TN and Jason Sawyer (Dawn) of Clarksville; her siblings, Dorris Silvy (Letha) of Hopkinsville, KY, Robert Silvy of Hopkinsville, KY, Wilma Gilkey of Central City, KY, Earline Silvy of Central City, KY and Ruth Ann Morton of Russellville, KY; and her pet Princess. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
