She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blankenship and Iva Law Blankenship; her daughter Kathy Bagby; and her brothers, Howard Blankenship and Donald Blankenship.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Bagby; and her son Samuel Bagby of Elkton.
