He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Sigers and Linnie Wells Sigers; his wife Joyce Sigers; and his brothers, Glendle and Ralph Sigers.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Oliver (Brent) of Kirkmansville; his grandchildren, Blake and Taylor Oliver; his nephew Dewayne Sigers; and his niece Becky Rose.
