She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Edward Pulley and Altha Lee Stilts; her husband Dr. Frank Manthey; and her sons, Randy Shackleford and Michael Manthey.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Manthey (Terri) of Anchorage, Alaska, Susan Phillips of Cape Girardeau, Teresa Jean Williams (Steve) of Gallatin and Cheryl Denise Mullen (Scott) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; and her siblings, Timothy Wayne Pulley of Guthrie, Linda Fay Capotosti of Riverside and Elva Jane Stokes of Guthrie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
