He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Utley and Irene Kennedy Utley; and his siblings, Mitchell Utley, Elsie Utley, Kathy Taylor and Carolyn Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Utley; his daughters, Wendy Tomlinson (Billy) of Russellville, Connie Mimms (Henry) of McKenzie and Deborah Anderson (Sam) of Brownsville, Tennessee; and his sisters, Georgia Green of Elkton, Wanda Knight (Carl) of Elkton, Shelia Arms of Clarksville, Joyce Zimmerman (Mike) of Massachusetts and Dorris Lowther (George) of North Dakota. He is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
