We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 92, Ardell Virginia Phipps (Elkton, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Powell and Letha Elizabeth Williams Powell; her husband Frank Phipps; and her children, Darrel Lynn Jones and Brenda Sue Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, John Ray Jones of Elkton, Terry Wayne Jones of Elkton and Ronald Warren Jones of Greenville, Kentucky. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
