She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bellamy and Eddie Mae McGuire Bellamy; her husband Morris Leavell; her daughters, Terryie Becks and Stephanie Leavell; her stepson Morris Leavell, Jr.; and her siblings, Lee Roy Bellamy, Jimmy Bellamy, Helen Graham, Lillie Browder, Jennie Vee Browder and Maudie Mae Gwynn.
She is survived by: her children, David Leavell (Phyllis) of Elkton, Roy Leavell (Doris) of Russellville, Timothy Leavell (Lisa) of Clarksville, Gregory Leavell (Jenny) of Russellville and Evelyn Kendrick (Stamard) of Hopkinsville; her stepdaughter Mary Ann Croney (Charles) of North Carolina; her stepgrandson Gabriel Dontrey Leavell; her sister Almarie Kurtz (George); and her children-in-law, Betty Leavell and Lawrence Becks. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, forty-eight great grandchildren and sixteen great-great grandchildren.
