He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McClanahan and Flossie Carol McClanahan; and his half-brother Jim Blott. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his sons, Cecil of Elkhorn City, KY, Victor of Elkhorn City, KY and Charles Edward McClanahan of Elkhorn City, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
