She was predeceased by: her parents, Fontie Forrest and Louisa Ratliff Maynor; her husband Jack Lee Cantrell; and her siblings, Mable Merritt, Nora Stapleton, Ora Mullins, Pebble Potter, Reable Robinson, Pauline Maynor, Bob Coleman and Buford Maynor.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Jack Cantrell (Dorla) of Pikeville, Terry Cantrell (Linda Gay) of Elkhorn City, Michael Dean Cantrell (Dana) of Elkhorn City, Elizabeth Taylor (Rodney) of Elkhorn City and Adrena Gayle Owens (Reed) of Roanoke. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great- grandchildren and 12 great great- grandchildren.
