She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Coleman Green and Virgil Green of Venters; her sister JoAnn Branham; her nieces and nephews, Kathy Jackson, Debbie Coleman, Patricia Stewart, Tony Ratliff and Richard Coleman; and her great-nephews, Matthew and Ryan Newsome.
She is survived by: her husband Ermel Charles Ratliff; her children, Diana Lynn Meade (James Allen) of Powells Creek, Donetta Morgan (Richard Allen) of Parkersburg, WV, Connie Sue Littrell (Ricky) of New Carlisle and Jerry Eugene Ratliff (Ada Lorean) of Lookout; her sisters, Nancy Ratliff of Pikeville and Evelyn Coleman of Lookout; her grandchildren, Bret Jeremy, Jason, Conda, Shannon, Misty and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Brent, Daniel, Noah, Nathan, Jameson, Megan, Ashley, Lexis, Alannah, Caitlyn, Allison and Layla; her great great grandchildren, Peyton, Caroline and Parker Drew; her nieces, Terri, Jennifer, Tabitha, Lisa, Dena and Kimberly Ratliff; and her nephew Gregory Ratliff. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and extended family.
