It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fayetta R. Pergrem of Elkhorn City, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Fayetta was a member of the Elkhorn City Baptist Church, the Elkhorn City Area Women's Club & former president, a Charter Member of the Willowbrook Country Club, a Girl Scout & Cub Scout Mom, and a member of the KY Arthritis Foundation.
