Bartley; her son Oscar Bartley; her grandsons, Jacob Bartley and Daniel Bartley; and her siblings, Virgil, Eugene, Ercil, Luther Mullins, Junior Chaney, Russell Chaney, Eulon, Elster Mullins and Allie Faye Ratliff.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Bartley (Alpha) of Shelbiana, Ronnie D. of Elkhorn City, Rodney J. Bartley of Elkhorn City, Geneva Bartley Prater of Elkhorn City, Patsy Salyer (David) of Elkhorn City, Revel Metzger (Don) of Elizabethtown and Teresa Potter of Nicholasville; her siblings, Bob Mullins (Loretta) of Belcher, KY, Billy C Mullins (Rose) of Mooresburg, TN, Opal Richardson of Jenkins and Sue Hackney (James) of Russellville, TN; her grandchildren, Brittany Prater, David M. Ratliff (Susan), Nathan Ratilff (Tiffany), John Salyer (Kim), Matthew Salyer (Dawn), Jennifer Quillen (Jon), Alexis, Devon Bartley, Jeremy, Jeffrey Bartley and Logan Bartley; and her great grandchildren, Destiny Simpson, Ashley Webb, Holly Ratliff, Kathryn Ratliff (Katie), Michael Nathan Ratliff, Alexas Johnson, Christian Lowe, David R. Salyer, Maxwell, Evelyn Salyer, Madelyn, Christopher Quillen, Axel, Ryder Bartley and Logan Bartley.
