He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Rowe and Gracie Branham Rowe; and his siblings, Billy O. Rowe and Linda Lou Rowe Damron. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Coleman Rowe; and his son Arlon Rowe Jr. (Sherry).
