Sallee of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Salem, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Ardella Miller; and his sister Julie Sallee. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sallee of Elizabethtown; his children, Kim Slade (R. B.) of Cynthiana and Ashley Sallee of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Payton Slade, Cooper Slade and Aidin Sallee; his brother Carl Miller of Brandenburg; and his sister-in-law Barbara Miles of Boston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
