She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Cook; and her son Helmut W. Paier. She is survived by: her children, Elly Taylor of Elizabethtown, KY and Don Cook of Oklahoma; and her stepchildren, John Cook of Maryland and Marilyn R. Cook of Maryland. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of extended family & friends.
