He was predeceased by: his wife Pricilla Lewis; his parents, Tom Lewis and Nannie Lewis; and his brothers, Stewart Lewis and Paul Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Kenny Lewis (Janice); his granddaughters, Kelli Gipson (Jacob) and Tracey Johnson (Joe); his great grandchildren, Bennett Lewis Gipson, Cole Robert Gipson and Shelby Ryan; and his sisters, Anna Ruth Nichols and Mary Jane Vowels.
