She is survived by: her significant other Jerry King of Elizabethtown; her children, Josh King of Elizabethtown, Jessica Keith of Elizabethtown and Joni King of Elizabethtown; and her siblings, Steven Cundiff of Radcliff, Paul Cundiff of Elizabethtown and Wanda Sams of Sonora.
