With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Jane Frakes of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who passed away on July 19, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Toney C. McMillen and Dorothy M. McMillen; and her brothers, Toney McMillen, Jr. and David McMillen. She is survived by: her husband Willis Darold Frakes of Elizabethtown, KY; her son Darold Frakes, Jr. (Terry Stith) of New Albany, IN; her siblings, Ann, Brenda, Edna, William, Harold, Stanley, Roger and Clayton; and her siblings-in-law, Jack, Elaine, Mike, Darlene and Evelyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
