She was predeceased by: her parents, Tarry Eldridge and Bertha Eldridge; her husband Bill Higdon; and her brother James Eldridge. She is survived by: her children, Randall Hodges and Kimberly Hodges-Hatfield; her siblings, Ronald Eldridge and Etta Thomas; and her close friend Ray. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
