It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Irene Owens Gebhart of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in New Haven, Kentucky, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Owens and Helen Smith Owens; and her siblings, Joe, Paul, Cyril, Tommy Owens and Betty Culver.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck Gebhart; her children, Steve Owens (Angela) and Melissa Johansen (Michael); her sisters, Catherine Skinner (Gary) and Frances "Sissy" Davis; and her grandchildren, Helanah Scalf (Chandler), David Gebhart, Stephen Owens and James Gebhart.
