He was predeceased by: his spouse Ilona Margaret Baird Hazen; his parents, John Hazen and Georgian Hazen; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his brother Richard Hazen; his children, Steven W. Hazen (Molly) of Crosswicks, NJ and Pamela H. Figard of Hillsborough, NJ; his grandchildren, Abigail, Emily, Rebekah Hazen, Kyle and Julie Figard; and his siblings, William Hazen of Fort Worth and Ruth Anne Ambrose of Ellwood City, PA..
