He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Dalton Peek; and his grandparents, Tomie R., Eula Bell Dalton Peek, Sam and Alice Driver.
He is survived by: his wife Debbi Templeton Peek; his sons, Timothy Gerald Peek, Jr. (Melanie) of Kuttawa and Travis Robert Peek of Eddyville; his stepson Carl Templeton (Kassi) of Chesterton, IN; his mother Mary Driver Peek of Kuttawa; his siblings, Marie Martin (Russell) of Clarksville, TN and Tom Peek (Pattie) of Kuttawa; and his stepgranddaughter Lyric Templeton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
