He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Medley and Mary Clarice Dant Medley. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Medley; his son Chad Medley of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Caleb Medley (Bree Johnson) of Knoxville and Chloe Medley of Owensboro; and his sister Janie Ellis (Donnie) of Poplar Grove. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
