He is survived by: his daughter Jayne Walker of Eddyville, KY; his daughter-in-law Patty Walker of Uniontown, KY; his granddaughter Frances Amelia Walker Belt (Max) of Morganfield, KY; and his great grandchildren, Samson David Belt and Josie Kaye Belt. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
