She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Franklin "Frankie" Smith; her parents, Ray Bennett and Helen Parish Bennett; and her siblings, Judy Cliff, Lorrine Beyers, Bobby Bennett and Charles Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Keating of Portage, IN, Frankie Smith (Amy) of Walkerton, IN, Chuck Smith (Dawn) of Hobart, IN and Luke Smith (Connie) of Eddyville, KY; her siblings, Ethelyne Riley (Jimmy) of Fredonia, KY, Mary Lucy Dycus (Jimmy Don) of Chesterson, IN, Linda Dyer of Eddyville, KY, Sandra White (Grady) of Eddyville, KY and Johnny (Deanna); her grandchildren, Abby Hinsch, Maggie Smith, Luke Smith, Jaclyn Cantrell, Amanda Viator, Kyle Hartson, Nicki Hartson and Jenny Hartson; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Hinsch, Maci Lane Campbell and Ari Duffin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
