She is survived by: her daughters, Cheyenne Claire (Robert Waltermire) of North Vernon, Crystal Mullins and Suzette Sexton; her significant other Phillip Wells of Eddyville; and her grandchildren, Wyatt Waltermire of North Vernon, Levi Smith, Jackson Smith, Jaelyn Mullins and Brooklynn Sexton of Eddyville.
