He is survived by: his parents, Mark Smith, Sr. of Eddyville and Gloria Jean Reynolds Hall (Don) of Illinois; his wife Danielle Phelps Smith of Eddyville; his son Remington Clyde Smith; his sisters, Megan Curtis (Jonathan) of Sullivan, KY, Katie Hadsall (Dylan Fulkerson) of Marion, IL, Haley Monical (Brandon) of Dunlap, IL and Jacklynn Atterberry (Bryan); and his parents-in-law, Duane and Anna Phelps of Fredonia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
