He is survived by: his mother Mary Linzy LeFan of Dycusburg, KY; his daughter Paige Adams (Daniel) of Eddyville, KY; his brothers, Philip LeFan (Jeretta) of Dycusburg, KY and Dennis LeFan (Jamie) of Dycusburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Shelbi Glover, Tysen Glover, Reed Adams and Millie Kate Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
