He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stanley Burgeson and Catherine Skvarla Burgeson; his son Kenneth Michael Burgeson; and his sisters, Juanita Bickel and Florence Taminga.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Burgeson of Fort Thomas, KY and Michelle Myfelt (Dwight) of Erlanger, KY; his sister Sharon Amato; and his grandchildren, Nichole Price, Lauren Myfelt and Jack Myfelt.
