He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stephens and Ruth Stephens; and his sister Sophie Castro of Yates Center, KS.. He is survived by: his wife Christy Stephens; his children, Michael Willard of Kuttawa, Steven Willard (Jean) of Kuttawa and Patricia Hawkins of Eddyville; his grandchildren, Alex Syring of Eddyville, Breanna Hawkins of Eddyville, Trey Hawking of Eddyville, Nick Willard (Allison) of Burlington, ND, Corey-Anne Albriton (Cody) of El Paso, TX, Zack Willard (Beverly) of St. Robert, MO and Kenny; his siblings, Bill Stephens (Elaine) of Tecemseh, KS and Rosemary Mangold of Alberta; and his brother-in-law Buddy Hill.
