She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Eugene Counterman and JoAnn Marlene Roos Smith. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Marshall of Eddyville; her daughters, Christina Weddel (Eric), Anna Dillon (Josh) and Emily Null (Josh); her sister Jody Ann Englebrecht of Pekin, IL; and her granddaughter Kiley Null of Manito, IL. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
