It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Carroll Faulkner of Eddyville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Pearl Faulkner (Meador) and Robert A. Faulkner; his wife Mary G. Faulkner; his siblings, Helen V. Faulkner, Garnett Avon "Johnny" Faulkner, Bruce D. Faulkner and Billy W. Faulkner; and his son Frankie Sutton (Faulkner, Jr.).
He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Durham; his children, Sandra D. Ray and Robert R. Faulkner; his daughter-in-law Kimau T. Faulkner; and his grandchildren, Naomi S. A. Brown and Austin R. Faulkner. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
