He is survived by: his wife Pat Daugherty Smith of Eddyville, KY; his son Sam Smith (Becky) of Eddyville, KY; his grandchildren, Austin Smith of Denver, CO and Emily Smith of Eddyville, KY; and his brothers, Tony Smith (Carol) of Flint Springs, KY, Frankie Smith (Gaye) of Baizetown, KY, Ronnie Smith (Theresa) of Lewisburg, KY and Paul Smith (Brenda) of Baizetown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
