She was predeceased by: her husband Robert McDonald (Bob); and her parents, Howard Welcher and Helen Murray Welcher. She is survived by: her children, Melodie Matter of Eddyville and Robert B. McDonald Jr. (Angela) of McDonough, GA; and her godson Mark Bridges (Carol). She is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and special friends.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Shriners Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
