He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Reginald and Huel Ruth Sizemore Pepper; his son Jason Pepper; and his sister Marilyn Ragland. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fortner Pepper; his daughter Michala Pepper Smith of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Chad Pepper (Michelle) of Princeton, Jake Pepper (Natalie), Savannah Pepper, Eli Pepper and Sophi Park; and his great grandchildren, Quin and Vivi.
