She was predeceased by: her parents, H. C. Phillips and Catherine McGaughey Phillips; her son David Edward Walker; and her sister Carolyn Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Paul Walker of Eddyville, KY; her daughter Jayne Walker of Eddyville, KY; her daughter-in-law Patty Walker of Uniontown, KY; and her granddaughter Frances Amelia Walker Belt of Morganfield, KY. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
