She is survived by: her husband Elmo Howard; her son Joshua Eric Howard (Bethany Muncy) of Debord, KY; her sister Betty Jane Collier Jacobs of Debord, KY.; and her granddaughter Lydia Jane Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
