It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nixb Janell Klingenfus (Crestwood, Kentucky), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, NixB Milam Spurgeon and Charles Andrew Spurgeon; her aunt Hazel Hillard; and her sister-in-law Becky Klingenfus. She is survived by: her husband Eric Morgan Klingenfus; her children, NixB Nanette Slider (Michael), Benjamin Eric Klingenfus (Michelle) and Kyle Cobb Klingenfus (Dee); her grandchildren, NixB McAlister "Callie" Slider, Jameson Evan Slider, Elijah Morgan Slider, Charles Robert Klingenfus, Lucy Gayle Klingenfus and Kit Andrew Klingenfus; and her son Chris Link.

The family is also requesting everyone bring a pantry staple to place in a box labeled "Big Mama's Commodities" that will be donated to a homeless shelter in Louisville.
