She was predeceased by: her parents, Alberta M. Holbrook (Kazee) and Charles E. Holbrook; and her siblings, Sarah Blixt (Pernell), Linda Silbert (Holbrook) and Billy Ray Holbrook.
She is survived by: her husband Gene; her son Steve Staten; her daughter-in-law Karen Staten (Huber); her grandchildren, Meg, Eric, Hope, Dory, Sam, Eli and Tia; her sister-in-law Loleda Staten (Griffith); and her nieces and nephews, Richard Staten, Jerry Holbrook, Roman Pernell, Tony Silbert, Angela Hoggan (Staten) and Lana Tanya Henningsen (Silbert).
The family request no gifts of flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to LaGrange Presbyterian Church, in honor of Jackie, where she served the Lord in many ways.
