She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Gayhart and Glenda Gayhart; and her sister Cheryl Schloss. She is survived by: her husband George Flickner; and her children, Jordan Flickner (Brittany) and Kaitlyn Flickner.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked donations be made in Donna's memory to The American Kidney Fund or the American Diabetes Association.
