He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Kittrell and Grace Jewel Kittrell; his siblings, Dale Kittrell, Johnny Kittrell and Joyce Avera; and his great grandchild Abigail Utley.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Kittrell; his children, Charlie Kittrell (Danielle), Marianna Kiani (Mitch), Katie Joya (Steve), Carol Wieger (Patrick) and Ronda Justice; and his brother Wilson Kittrell (Virginia). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
