Orville Whitaker Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Orville Whitaker of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, born in Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Whitaker and Burdette Ross Whitaker; his wife Josephine Stone Whitaker; and his cousin Clyde Long. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Whitaker (Julie) of Louisville and Larry Whitaker (Sharon) of Aberdeen, Ohio; his grandson Ross Whitaker; his sisters-in-law, Gertrude Scrivner and Arvella Faulkner; and his cousins, Margaret Louise Long and Cecil Franklin Curry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
