He is survived by: his mother Pauline Johnson of Crab Orchard, KY; his wife Linda Johnson of Crab Orchard, KY; his sons, Ryan Cecil Johnson of Crab Orchard, KY and Brandon Keith Johnson of Crab Orchard, KY; and his siblings, Billy Johnson (Libby) of Crab Orchard, KY, Keith Caudill (Beth) of Crab Orchard, KY and Karen Turner (Gerald) of Crab Orchard, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
