He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walker and Barbara Alice Weaver (Yantz); his brother-in-law Wayne Speake; and his nephew Chris Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Weaver (Smith); his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Weaver (Janet) of Stanford and Frances (Bill Glancy); and his grandchildren, James, Floyd, Jerome and Nathalie.
